Unknown cold rock that melts ice instantly!

This Rock is known to be found in UFO Landing zone's, And can Melt ice like hot Knife through Butter (When the rock is Cold), Sticks the Ice to itself even at over 90° tilt
Doesnt react to Laser, When heated untill melting point(1600°C) It Climbs on the Walls of the Instrument, And not Sinking in by Gravity like Most of the Liquids.
