Just want to show you that they have the system set in place to change the conditions of the jet stream anytime. Basically these radars that are set up along the entire jet stream, and are probably there for just this reason.

This was at 11-30 am Pacific time on Sunday the 26 of May. This pattern is following the jet stream. This would definitely alter the weather in North America by warming the jet stream with these radar systems.
